905 ELITE works with athletes and basketball players of all ages and varying ability. We are inspired to bridge the gaps between traditional skill development and strength & conditioning, by having athletes work with an integrated program that targets both strength and skill, a singular goal will be achieved; overall performance improvement.
905 is ELITE because it offers the link that is missing in most programming, as nutritional advising is part of the program. Having that knowledge and support readily available enhances not only our scheduling, but the success of our athletes.
Based in Niagara, the goal is to provide the best skill and strength training possible for these athletes.

First and foremost, I am passionate about basketball. I am equally as passionate about strength and conditioning. When I think about the two as leverage-able entities, I started to see lots of gaps between the them. I began envisioning how impactful bridging basketball, strength and conditioning could be, and thus, the creation of 905 Elite. I've grown up in the Niagara region my whole life and have seen the disconnect myself. I am inspired to give back to my home what I wish I had more of growing up.
Throughout my 3 years at Niagara College and 1 year at Hartpury University, I have had many opportunities to work in the field of fitness, either directly with clients or at a gym learning from an owner. To me, learning was important, however, I knew that I felt the most successful having my clients reach their goals. I also was given the opportunity to work with an elite level athlete from Hungary in the realm of nutrition for performance.
